As the Regional Business Development Manager at Coinstreet, you will be leader of the sales, business development and client management functions and responsible for formulating long term business development plan that will sustain Coinstreet’s leadership positioning the digital asset space.

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Business development and client relationship management with accredited, HNW, family office and corporate clients.
  • Formulate sales strategy at the product level and acquiring accredited investors for digital asset projects.
  • Promote business development by organizing networking events and client visits
  • Assist product development team to modify products to better suit clients' needs
  • Create and maintain an extensive contact database of potential clients
  • Liaise with business partners for supporting client needs and prepare relevant documents.
  • Familiar with the relevant regulatory requirements and make sure the group compliance requirements are complied.
  • Conduct other business result-oriented tasks assigned by senior management

 

Required Skills 

  • A proven track record as a leader in a sales and business development role.
  • University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance or a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years fund/ETF sales experience; relating to institutional business, PE/VC fund distribution or ETF marketing. alternative investments products e.g. hedge funds
  • Strong investors connection, familiar with financial market and operation /institutional / corporate client database
  • Professional manner and will be able to articulate different strategies to clients.
  • Excellent (PowerPoint and verbal) presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience within tech, digital industry; with strong understanding of financial and investment services industry.
  • Ability to cope with emerging industry and willingness to learn new ideas.
  • Smart, mature, proactive, aggressive, goal-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong people and relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in both English, Chinese and Putonghua.

BIG PLUS FOR

  • Holder of SFC Type 1 or 4 and/or 9 License preferable, or eligible to apply
  • Exposure and knowledge in blockchain and digital asset industries.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
