Responsibilities:

• Responsible for new business development projects as well as market research, trend analysis, identify new business opportunities, and preparation of proposal,
• Develop business strategies and plans for the new business
• Sales development in different channels in Hong Kong including Key Chains, General Trade, E-commerce, Retail, Drug Store and Department Store
• Explore and identify new sales opportunities, potential clients and sales network in order to improve product awareness and achieve expansion of market
• Work closely with marketing, branding, R&D function and procurement on product development and continuous improvement
• Monitor and oversee progress of projects
• Monitor and review the operation procedures frequently so as to improve the efficiency and costing

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Business Management / Marketing / Business related discipline
• 15 years or above relevant working experience in Sales & Marketing management field, preferably in FMCG related industry
• At least 5 years of experience in dealing with Key Accounts and/or Food Services channels
• Enthusiastic, self-initiative and able to work under pressure
• Result oriented and work independently with limited guidance
• Strong analytical skills and business sense
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese
