Job Responsibilities:

• B2B sales to a network of Hong Kong retail shops
• Inform customers of new products, re-stock, pre-orders, and handle product returns / exchanges / repairs
• Assist in marketing and promotion of our brands
• Daily processing of customer orders by phone, email, WhatsApp, or face-to-face shop visits

Requirements:

• F5. or Higher
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in sales
• Proficiency in PC, especially Excel
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility, good emotional control, and able to work independently
