Job Description

Mr Simms Olde Sweet Shoppe (Hong Kong) is looking for a driven Assistant Sales Manager who can make Mr Simms Olde Sweet Shoppe one of the leading brands in the market. The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and managing strategies to achieve company sales targets.

These responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Develop and monitor sales targets
• Maintain database of all customers for timely, clear and concise understanding
• Identify potential customers and set approach strategies
• Resolve issues and handle customer complaints quickly and effectively
• Negotiate agreements to meet or exceed sales objectives
• Assist marketing team in organization and execution of events and product launches
• Coordinate shipping schedules and timely delivery of goods

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in Food Service & B2B Sales
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Knowledge in Retail Management is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized: able to maintain accurate and consistent documents/records
• Strong written and verbal communication, effective organization, ability to work independently and collaboratively, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop programs and Chinese Word Processing
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally
• Must be passionate about chocolate and confectionery

With over 120 of our quaint Victorian style stores now open Worldwide, the Mr Simms sweet shop phenomenon is still growing.

We opened our first Hong Kong shop during our tenth anniversary year in 2014 and now have 4 stores (Central, Mongkok, Hong Kong International Airport and the Peak) in Hong Kong and with more in the pipeline.
