Dynamic retailer seeks Retail Sales Associates/ Senior Sales Associates (Full-time/Part-time) 

With 4 stores and further growth ahead in the region, Mr Simms Olde Sweet Shoppe is seeking full-time/part-time Retail Sales Associates to join our growing team.

Primary responsibilities

• Assisting the Shop Manager
• Perform daily retail operations duties
• Handle daily cashier duties
• Able to work in a team to achieve personal and store sales target
• Supporting inventory control and ordering
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
• Manage merchandising to upload new items. Consistently display and ensure replenishment of stocks on the shelves
• Execute store-level promotional activities effectively and completely such as approaching customer to promote our products
• Handle store cleanliness and housekeeping
• Ad hoc duty will be assigned

Requirements

• Positive attitude and motivated
• Customer oriented and sales driven
• At least 1 year of experience in retail/FMCG
• Bilingual and able to speak and write in English and Mandarin
• Must have passion in the retail environment
• Must be willing to learn and flexible
• Candidate will be required to work on weekend/public holiday, depending on duty roster
• Part-time Sales Associate: Able to work at least 4-5 hours/day; hourly rate up to $55/hr

We opened our first Hong Kong shop during our tenth anniversary year in 2014 and now have 4 stores (Central, Mongkok, Hong Kong International Airport and the Peak) in Hong Kong and with more in the pipeline.
