 Duties

• Daily Sales & Marketing duties: handle customer’s inquiries, quotations, follow-up all sales and account related issues with clients and internal team
• Develop new business opportunities and expand market share in Global e-commerce channels
• Develop & Manage daily operation of online & offline business
• Manage account and further expand the customer base of global markets
• Plan, manage and execute e-commerce marketing plans and digital strategies including but not limited to online shop advertising, social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Wechat, etc
• Attend and explore business opportunities at trade shows and exhibitions
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for project implementation and operation follow-up, to ensure smooth execution of business growth
• Perform other ad-hoc projects assigned by the Company

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration or related discipline
• 2 years of solid experience in sales & marketing, e-commerce or export trade
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Aggressive, Ambitious, excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong business sense with solid project management & leadership skills
• Independent, sales-oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, enthusiastic in digital trends and adaptive to rapid changes
• Proficient in MS office and Chinese word processing
• Experience in CRM, online media platforms and e-commerce is an advantage
• Occasional travel to China and overseas for customer visits and exhibitions
• More experience will be considered as Senior Business Development Executive
