Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist superiors on managing the assigned key accounts and be the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
  • Plan and develop sales strategies in assigned accounts to ensure the achievement of company goals 
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and channel expansion considering the profitability & trade term
  • Formulate and execute promotion and sales activities to drive sales results
  • Regular sales and market analysis reporting, review and evaluate sales performance and promotion activities effectiveness
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing support and front line sales staffs are driving the business toward business goal
  • Strategic planning at store level to drive sales and rapport building with stores to explore future opportunities for growth
  • Yearly budgeting and quarterly forecast planning

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years’ key account management experience
  • Knowledge and experience in online sales development is preferred
  • Self-motivated, team-player, aggressive and able to work under pressure and tight timeline
  • Strong business acumen, data sensitive and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin, as well as computer applications, particularly MS Excel and Powerpoint
