Job Duties:

• Assist Purchasing Manager for daily project development follow up

• Assisting supervisors to execute all responsibilities and authority
• Generate internal and external P/O’s
• Data entry (shipping advise, promised date from vendors, and so on)
• Track the order (P/O) status with vendors and forwarders
• Address the inquiries from sales team to vendors (Including overseas)
• Make product offerings to sales team
• Shipping/Receiving support for physical distribution section
• Communicating with other departments and offices
• Development of sales quotations and product sampling
• Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by management

Requirment:

• Certificate/ Diploma in any major
• 2 years related experience in field of purchasing, sourcing, inventory management, etc
• Good written and spoken skill in English & Mandarin
• Willing to learn, easy going, able to work under pressure, cost conscious
• frequent travelling to China or overseas is required
