Loveramics is seeking to hire a Sales Support Executive for Europe and US markets. This position will have direct exposure to sales and purchasing. The general focus of the position is to help our sales team manage internal and external customer service, order processing and purchasing. We are seeking a candidate who is detailed-oriented, energetic, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare customer quotes

- Create invoices and purchase orders

- Coordinate with operations to ensure orders ship according to schedule

- Monitor order shipment progress

- Assist the supply team in coordinating logistics for inventory purchases 

Requirements

-  Strong written communication skills. Fluent in English,

-  1+ years’ experience

-  Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint

-   Highly organized with great attention to detail

-   Demonstrated ability to work independently

-   Flexible attitude and problem solving capabilities

-   HK Permanent resident or related working visa holders.

-   Passionate about branding, food, and lifestyle products is a plus
