Job Description
Objective
To be key contributor to support clients and other departments (Operation, Quality Assurance, Business Development, Client Service & Global Programs) technical needs, provide them with industry and regulatory information, maintain and manage internal technical knowledge.
Your Responsibilities
- Monitor regulation and standard to ensure the latest version are being informed to both internal and external clients;
- Maintain technical documents for internal use or for client distribution. Documents include standards and regulation, internal interpretation and policies, testing protocols, and other technical related documentation;
- Create and maintain testing boundary, matrix and client’s product specification as well as protocol based on country of distribution and product type;
- Support for internal and external technical consultation;
- Attend external meetings and conference on behalf of the company;
- Be our internal trainer;
- Support internal test research & development.
The Skills We’re Looking For
- Related university degree;
- Over 5 years of experience in the Quality Assurance or Compliance of relevant industries or Laboratory Testing field; For more industry experience, the position in Technical Consultant will be offered;
- Ability to understand to interpret regulation and standards;
- Excellent writing, presentation, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin;
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, learn quickly and seek new assignments, pay attention to details, and meeting tight deadlines;
- Good ability to face difficult and unreasonable client;
- Assess workload and resources accordingly;
- Quality minded with high attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills.
