Responsibilities :

• Handle routine accounting duties
• Debt collection from local and overseas customers
• Liaise with regional offices on payment request
• Follow up banking issues
• Prepare aging reports and accounting schedules
• Preform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirement :

• Diploma in accounting holder
• At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with knowledge in accounting software / MYOB
• Good commend of spoken and written English, Chinese & Mandarin
• Proactive, willing to take up responsibilities, able to work independently
  
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Junior Accounts Clerk
