Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise, lead and motivate the warehouse team to achieve quality performance
• Handle day to day warehouse operations and workflow include good receiving, order handling, shipping document processing, inventory control to keep track of quality, quantity, stock level and delivery schedule
• Monitor the inventory control, replenishment and warehouse resources planning, including workforce, storage space
• Monitor warehouse safety, security and neat working environment
• Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties
• Monitor warehouse inbound/ outbound process
• Support supervisors in job allocation for warehouse staff
• Provide appropriate training to warehouse staff

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above in Logistics Management or related disciplines
• With minimum 5 years working experience in logistics / warehousing industrial with supervision experiences
• Excellent leadership and people management with good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and strong analytical skill
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Preferable with forklift driving licenses
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Warehouse Manager
• Immediate available is highly preferred
