Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of logistics assistants to perform daily logistics operation
• Initiate and implement improvement plans to enhance the efficiency of warehouse operation
• Ensure all processes and procedures are in full compliance of company policies & standard
• Understand clients’ needs and identify logistics requirements
• Maintain good relationship with internal & external clients
• Ensure achievement of KPIs

Requirements:

• Professional Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• At least 4 years’ experience in logistics operation or warehouse management, in which 1-2 years at supervisory level
• Familiar with ERP or WMS
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel  
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good problem solving and leadership skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Logistics Supervisor
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Working Location: Cheung Sha Wan
