Job Specification:         

• Assist the Logistics Officer in daily operation.
• Liaise and follow up with oversea suppliers / factories for daily activities.
• handle full set shipping documents.
• responsible for Import/Export Customs declaration.
• prepare good receive form documentation.
• check price & roll cost with suppliers and forwarders.
• deal with warehouse & transportation parties for shipment arrangement.
• stocks preparation and export shipments.

Requirements:  

• Diploma or above in logistics, supply chain management or related disciplines.
• 2 years’ or above of relevant experience.
• Mature and positive attitude with solid interpersonal.
• Good customer care skills.
• Good command in writing and spoken of English, Mandarin & Cantonese.
• Proficiencies in MS Office, e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Responsible, detail-minded and well-organized.
