The Job:

• To contact vendors for bookings and validating bookings against consignee’s instruction 
• To arrange cargo, document pick-up and distribution in accordance with our operations procedure and customers’ requirements
• To file all shipment record correctly and timely, and monitor the computerized database
• To answer general telephone enquiries

The Qualifications:

• Certificate/Diploma or Formal Secondary School graduate with 1-2 years’ experience in freight forwarding or shipping industry
• Fresh graduates with less experience will also be considered
• Possess strong interest to pursue long term career in the logistic solutions industry
• Proficient PC knowledge
• Good communication skills and able to communicate in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Hardworking and willing to work overtime
