Operation Officer (Hong Kong Base)

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Overall monitoring, whilst on duty, of the operation of a growing fleet of managed corporate jet aircraft based throughout Asia.
• Liaising with flight crew, clients and handling companies
• Perform aircraft scheduling, trip & route planning and ground handling coordination
• Analyze various flight factors such as aviation weather, NOTAMs, runway performance, airport restrictions, weight and balance, and fuel requirement for flight planning and flight package preparations
• Coordinate with service providers for solution of aircraft operations in efficient and effective manner in fulfilling the operational responsibilities
• Plan and deploy ground handling resources effectively to maximize productivity while meeting all operational requirements and timeframe
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and authorities’ requirements including FTL, AOE, overflight, departure and arrival slots, CIQ, etc.
• Verify and process post flight data
• Dealing with international aviation regulatory bodies on permits, visas, etc

  Qualification and Requirements:

• Available to work shift duties including overnight and public holidays
• Degree holder with excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in aviation, solid experience in Business Aviation / FBO environment is preferred
• Experienced in Business Aviation is desirable
• Good team player with excellent communication skills, competent in crisis management, planning and problem-solving
• Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Flight Operations controller
