Job Description
Major Responsibilities

Supervise the daily distribution center operations to fulfill customers and account management requirements

Investigate and follow up operational issues / customer requests and execute action plans to improve

Manage the operations in full compliance of company policies and lawful regulations
Basic Requirements

Diploma and above
-
Min. 3 years’ experience in distribution center operations with ability to manage sizable team of operators

Good command of English and Chinese
-
Good in MS Word/Excel
-
Flexible, team work oriented and able to communicate with people at all levels
