1. Customer Order Processing

1.1. Accurate and timely entry of customer & Vendor orders into Accounting system;

1.2. Ensure all customer orders are duly placed to vendors;

1.3. Work with China team/Vendors to update the shipments, open orders; Prepare weekly summary reports of invoices and open orders for counter-check (maintain on Dropbox)

1.4 Prepare and send invoices & other shipping documents to bank and customers timely

1.5. Update sales reports & sales-purchase analysis

1.6. Maintain Update pricing and costs × customer × product in the master data base of the accounting system and Dropbox.

2.Manage & Maintain all necessary Accounting Activity

2.1. Perform daily accounting functions mainly in accounts Receivable/Payable;

        Handle L/C documents; prepare schedule of deposit and final payment; Collection of AR

2.2. Cheque runs and going to bank & Secretary office as necessary

2.3. Assist in M/E closing, year-end closing and audit.

2.4. Assist in preparing cashflow/budgets for management. 

3.Provide administration support

3.1. Provide administrative/secretarial support

3.2. Assist when necessary on travel arrangements, reservations, and booking for executive

3.3.  Handle ad hoc assignments as required
