Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily routine accounting duties e.g. handle Asia Miles mileage claim matter, issue invoices, data entry, issuing cheque, bank reconciliation etc.
  • Assist with general office duties and be the centralize person for all admin related matters.
  • Assist Directors within company to handle paperwork, file updating, and adhoc matters.
  • Update and maintain statutory records and filing system
  • Petty cash, expense reimbursement, Journal entries in Excel & documents filing etc
  • Handling general ledger & book-keeping
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Assist in events & ad-hoc project

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in business administration, accounting, corporate governance or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, experience in accounting and office administration is a must.
  • At least LCCI Level 2, Level 3 preferable. 
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Sensitive to figures, well-organized and able to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
