Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily routine accounting duties e.g. handle Asia Miles mileage claim matter, issue invoices, data entry, issuing cheque, bank reconciliation etc.
- Assist with general office duties and be the centralize person for all admin related matters.
- Assist Directors within company to handle paperwork, file updating, and adhoc matters.
- Update and maintain statutory records and filing system
- Petty cash, expense reimbursement, Journal entries in Excel & documents filing etc
- Handling general ledger & book-keeping
- Provide clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist in events & ad-hoc project
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in business administration, accounting, corporate governance or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, experience in accounting and office administration is a must.
- At least LCCI Level 2, Level 3 preferable.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Sensitive to figures, well-organized and able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate available is highly preferred
