Responsibilities:

• Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties, e.g., Purchase Order issuing, Keep supplier’s on-time delivery, Price negotiation, Sourcing, Vendor audit, etc.;
• Co-ordinate with Operation and Engineering Departments and Suppliers in the purchasing scope of work;
• Source for new parts, replacement goods, suppliers when the need arises;
• Monitor the service, quality, price, on-time delivery and reliability of the suppliers, etc.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering discipline;
• 1-3 years experiences in Procurement field;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for direct interaction with customers and vendors;
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Access;
• Fluent spoken and written Chinese and English;
• Responsible and with analytical and logical mind
