Essential Functions:

• Handle payment of vendor invoices and staff reimbursement
• Handle full set of month end closing including daily operations. e.g. reconciliation, payroll, fixed assets, leases, etc.
• Maintain fixed assets register
• Account code set up
• Other ad-hoc tasks as requested

Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

• Fresh graduate from high school or IVE (or similar) would be considered

Job related experience required:

• Stable working history
• 2 years working experience or above

Competencies and Soft skills required:

• Independent, outgoing, self-motivated and able to meet tight schedules.
• Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel and Word.
