Responsibilities

• Responsible for full set of import and export shipping documents, L/C and bank documents
• Co-ordination w/customer, factory and forwarder for shipment arrangement
• Assist in other ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements

• Form five or above
• 3 years or above relevant working experience, preferably in toys industry
• With hands on experience in import and export procedures, documentation and China customs
• Strong initiative, self-motivated, being a good team player and able to perform multi-tasks
• Willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Well organized, attention to details and able to solve problems independently
• Familiar with MS Office and Chinese typing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is preferred
