Job Description and Responsibilities

• Assist the Management to supervise all financial management affairs
• Implement internal controls, ensure completeness and accuracy of all financial transactions
• Handling of Client’s money such as deposit and withdrawal fund
• Responsible for reviewing and preparing monthly and annual reports
• Responsible for preparing of Daily and Monthly financial return (FRR)
• Responsible for managing the company's overall budget, formulate annual plans , capital requirements, operating expense, and cash flows etc
• Liaison with banks, tax bureaus, lawyers, auditors and other regulatory agencies

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or other related disciplines
• At least 5 years of relevant hands-on finance experience gained from a securities firm
• Knowledge in SFC Liquid Capital calculation and FRR Return is required
• Familiar with HK accounting standards, securities and futures regulations and other related regulations
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediately available is preferred
