Job Responsibilities:

- Handle month end closing procedures and prepare financial/management reports

- Perform consolidation including consolidated cash flow report

- Assist in preparing financial budgeting and forecasting/cash flow projection

- Perform daily treasury operations and arrange documents with bank

- Monitor the account payable operations and transactions including reviewing contracts and supporting documents

- Liaise with professional bodies for annual audit

- Maintain the accounting system to ensure the efficiency of the processes

- Liaise with Overseas / PRC finance team to produce various financial/management reports according to group level format

- Perform ad-hoc assignments requested by management

Job Requirements:

- University degree in Finance and Accounting with CPA qualification

- At least 3 years solid experience in accounting/auditing, preferably gained from Big 4 international professional firms, candidates with more experience will consider as Finance Manager

- Well understanding about the IFRS, PRC accounting standard, taxation and government rules & regulations

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, handle multi tasks and work under pressure

- Detail-minded, mature, self-motivated and a good team player

- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua

- Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
