Job Scope

• Accountabilities include asset management business compliance assessment/audit 
• Assume 1st line of defense to ensure daily business activities fulfills regulatory and corporate governance 
• Work closely with fund managers on pre-trade monitoring/investment compliance
• Conduct gap analysis to implementation of effective control in accordance to regulatory changes/corporate governance
• Support regional/global ad-hoc projects related to new product/business initiatives 
• Cultivate/promote compliance culture

Requirements:

• Degree holder in accounting, finance or legal related disciplined
• 4 years+ of relevant regulatory compliance, internal risk & control experience ideally with exposure in asset management industry 
• Good understanding of SFC regulatory requirements/corporate governance/best practices.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strategic thinking and good presentation skills.
• Strong written and oral communications skills in English and Chinese.
