Job Description

• Manage the outstanding AR balances falling due and contact customers to secure payment.
• Review the company accounts receivable procedures and develop and implement enhancements where required
• Reconcile outstanding customer balances and resolve any queries
• Analyze over 60 days balances, assess revenue exposure and review AR Provisions with the Finance Manager to effectively manage our collections risk
• Review credit worthiness of new and existing customers, set and monitor credit limits in consultation with the Financial Manager
• Preparation and of customer statements, and dispatch of some customer invoices
• Cash flow forecasting and setting of collection targets
• Develop internal relationships with Partner Account Managers
• Initiate proceedings to ensure outstanding debts are brought to a satisfactory conclusion
• Keep the company up to date with new credit management procedures and techniques

Job Requirement 

• Higher Diploma or above in Business, Finance or any other related disciplines.
• 2+ years working experience in Credit & Collection
• Strong knowledge and skills in Excel
• Effective oral & written communication skills in English & Chinese
• Strong communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships and effective interface with customers with good business sense.
• Strong ability to work in a team
