Responsibility

• Depend on your role, you will be in charge of the account payable, bank reconciliation, job management, billing and collection function such as creating invoices and credit memos, issuing them to customers by all necessary means, and updating customer files
• Any other accounting/administration duties when assigned
• Reporting to CFO and Financial Controller 

Requirement

• You should be able to multitask, communicate and work well with others, and work well and quickly under pressure
• Higher Diploma/Degree Holder in Accounting with 3+ year relevant working experience
• Good computer and excel knowledge
• Knowledge in pivot table, US GAAP and SOX is a plus
• Good command in English and Chinese
