- We are looking for ADMIN OFFICER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Post secondary education / Diploma holder is preferable
- Proficient in Japanese, English & Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
- 2-5 years office administrative experience
- Experience in Japanese companies is a plus
- Business or accounting studies is a plus
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Report to the Accounting Manager and the Japanese Management
- Work independently for office administrative duties of an office of 15-20 staff
- Provide support to the Accounting Manager & Japanese Management
- No trips is required
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Medical benefits
- Office location : Hunghom close to Railway station
