Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting duties, including accounts receivable, payable, fixed assets and journal vouchers;
• Reconcile data from different systems and prepare month-end closing;
• Responsible for monthly account reconciliation and vouchers preparation;
• Maintain accounting ledgers and perform general clerical job;
• Support ad hoc assignment as required.

Requirements:

• Certificate in Finance/Accounting with LCCI level 2 or equivalent preferred;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, and a good team player and self-motivated;
• Minimum 1-2 years relevant experiences is preferred;
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Sound knowledge in SAP and MS Office (Excel) is preferred ;
• Work independently, responsible and stable personality;
• Detail-minded, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline;
• Immediately available is a MUST.
