Responsibilities

• Work with Senior Management to formulate strategies and plans to grow the business
• Use Financial Business Model and Financial Analysis to maximize the financial growth for the business
• Forecast the change in financial market and the company position
• Lead the Finance & Accounting team to provide forward-looking and actionable financial information which creates the framework for better decision making
• Ensure effective internal controls are in place and compliance with applicable regulatory legislation for financial and tax reporting

Requirements

• Tertiary education in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA is essential
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in managing a finance & accounting team in a sizable company, Real Estate is preferred but not essential
• Good analytical, strategic thinking and strong business sense
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Cantonese & English
