Responsibilities

• Review and prepare financial statements and management reports
• Assist in preparing monthly consolidated financial statements, interim and annual reports
• Hands on experiences in handling statutory financial reporting
• Assist in preparing monthly financial projection and perform budget analysis
• Familiar with Hong Kong financial reporting requirements and Hong Kong accounting standards
• Conduct financial analysis and evaluation on business performance
• Liaise with auditors, bankers and external professional in relation to finance matters
• Assist in ad-hoc issues as assigned

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant with Bachelor Degree or above
• A minimum of 3 years financial reporting and operations experience in both CPA firm and /or commercial experience (No commercial experience will also be considered)
• Experience in group consolidation
• Self-initiative with good interpersonal skills
• Occasional travel to China is required
• Excellent command of spoken and written in English and Mandarin
