Responsibilities:

• Perform data input to accounting system, prepare journal vouchers and handle expenses claims;
• Maintain filing system and data images on accounting documents;
• Assist in preparing financial reports;
• Assist in preparing weekly payment of related companies;
• Liaise with auditors on annual audit;
• Liaise with external company secretary to ensure proper and timely filing;
• Perform other clerical duties upon request.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting / Finance or equivalent;
• 1 to 2 years working experience, fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Officer;
• Proficient in using MS Office, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint;
• Knowledge in Flex and D365 is an advantage;
• Detail-minded and good communication skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
