Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of books, including GL, AR and AP and provide admin support
• Perform day to day operations of a finance team and handle daily accounting matters
• Assist Accountant and Project Team to monitor project costing and cash flow, and prepare financial, management, analysis reports and schedules
• Analyze causes of variance and highlight to management if exceptions found
• Handle company insurance, secretarial and audit & tax matters
• Provide administrative support when needed
• Handling ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Solid experience in costing analysis
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Putonghua
• Independent, mature, self-motivated, attentive to details, strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office
• Immediately available or short notice is preferred
