Key Responsibilities:-

• Handle AP/ AR/ GL payments and ensure process are made in accordance with company policy
• Assist in monthly financial statements and reports on a timely basis
• Assist in month end and year end closing, forecasting and budgeting
• Perform other ad hoc financial related assignment or project when necessary

Other Requirements:-

• Higher Diploma or above in accounting, with LCCI higher or equivalent
• 2 years or above relevant working experience (preferable in Retail industry)
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and with knowledge in SUN Accounting system will be an advantage
• Well organized, strong analytical skills, sensitive to details
• Strong interpersonal skills and with strong emphasis on team work
• Reliable, hardworking and strong sense of responsibility
