Job Duties:

Finance

· Monitoring the daily accounting and finance operations

· Manage and ensure the month end closing activities are timely and accurately prepared

· Develop, implement and maintain financial controls and processes are in place

·Ensure the accounting records and documentation in compliance with the local statutory requirement and company accounting policy

· Provide timely and insightful analysis of financial statements and forecasts

· Involve in the audit process and liaise with both corporate and external auditors during audit engagement

 · Assist to monitor business performance and identify areas of improvement

· Perform ad-hoc assignments.

Administration

• Manage and supervise accounts and admin team and build an efficient practice

• Provide training and guidance to finance and admin teams

• Monitor the office and facilities management

• Manage vendor contracts and ensure the best use of resources

• Assist management in communications with staff

• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

· University graduate in Accounting/Finance with professional accountancy qualification

· At least 10 years experiences included 5 years in the supervisory or above position in a manufacturing company.

. Proven experience in using SAP is an advantage

· Good interpersonal skill and able to interact with people from all levels

· Strong analytical mind, self-motivated and independent with good problem solving skill

· Ability to work under tight deadline and with flexibility to cope with changes

· Proficient in written and spoken English and Putonghua.

· Station in Vietnam
