Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management and financial reports on a timely basis
• Prepare invoice and shipping documents
• Assist in office administration
• Perform ad-hoc assignments when required
• Liaise with China operation office and support administrative functions of the Group.

 Requirements:

• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin (prefer)
• Higher Diploma / Degree Holder in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of working experience
• Positive work attitude, attention to details and well-organized, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in MS Office and good at Chinese typing
• Familiar with Kingdee EAS Accounting System is a plus
• Opportunity for occasional travel to Mainland China
