1. Accounts Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine accounting functions including A/P, A/R, data entry, invoice verification and preparation of vouchers;
• Provide administrative support to department;
• Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• University student studying in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance or related discipline;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Interested in OEM/ODM plastic toys /electronic toys / wooden toys and board game field will be considered first
• Good knowledge in elementary accounting principles;
• Responsible, detail-minded and willing to learn

2. Assistant Merchandiser (Toys)

 Job Responsibilities: 

• Prepare quotation and issue PO
• Assist in product sourcing and development
• Handle packing, sending and receiving product samples
• Setup and tidy showroom
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

 Requirements:

• University student studying in Business Management or related discipline;
• Responsible, hardworking, team player and willing to learn
• Interested in OEM/ODM plastic toys /electronic toys / wooden toys and board game field will be considered first
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Familiar with MS Office
• Immediate available preferred

Working Period : June  - August
