Business of the Company:

China Electronics Huada Technology Company Limited is an investment holding company listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The Group is principally engaged in the business of design and sale of integrated circuit chips in the PRC.

        Responsibilities:

• Handle full set book of accounts and month-end closing of the Hong Kong representative office

• Prepare monthly financial reports of the Company incorporating the PRC representative offices

• Assist in the preparation of interim report and annual report

• Assist in general administration and HR duties

• Assist in ad hoc assignments as required

  Requirements:

• At least LCCI Higher or Diploma in Accounting or Equivalent

• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with auditing experience in CPA firm, exposure in Hong Kong listed company will be an advantage

• Experience in handling tax computation and audit schedule

• Hands-on experience in Excel, powerpoint, Chinese Word Processing and Peachtree Accounting

• Willing to learn and work under pressure

• Good interpersonal and communication skill

• Competent in English/Putonghua

• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Accountant
