Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts;
• Prepare monthly financial statement;
• Handle inventory control ( including all stock in and out) and stock preparation for orders;
• Responsible for Inventory Management Report & Performance Analysis to management;
• Liaise with external auditors;
• Provide support in ad hoc assignments, analysis and reporting

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Accounting or Finance discipline;
• At least 3 years solid experience in financial accounting and/or management accounting;
• With relevant experience in warehouse management;
• Familiar with MS Excel and MYOB Accounting System;
• Able to communicate effectively;
• Mature, self-motivated, and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
