Responsibilities

• Prepare vouchers and appropriate accounting entries for payment (accounts payable)
• Provide full administrative and accounting support to the Accounts team
• Liaise and answer both internal and external enquiries relating to the business transactions
• Provide support on preparing management reports
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Completed a certificate / diploma in accounting or passed Level 1 of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent at a recognized accounting body
• At least 2 years relevant experience, preferably 1 year in hospitality industry or private club
• Analytical, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Excel/Word with hands-on experience in computerized accounting system
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Immediately available preferred
