Our client is well-known digital marketing agency. They are now looking for suitable candidates to join their team. 

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of personal assistance/support to the entire family
• Monitor schedule of children’s school and extracurricular activities
• Supervise domestic helpers in dealing with household matters
• Supervise and coordinate with drivers according to the family's schedule
• Coordinate with chef on food menu and monitor household catering
• Monitor all household matters, including but not limited to maintenance, orderings, renovation or home enhancement, etc.
• Organize dinner/family events occasionally
• Travel arrangement and trip planning for family members
• Hands on with domestic helpers’ contract renewal, work/travel visas, insurance arrangement
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder or above of any discipline.
• Over 10 years working experience with minimum 5 years solid experience in household management stationed in the family's residence /secretarial support
• Multitasking, well-organized, efficient, attentive and detail-minded
• Fluent in English, Cantonese &Mandarin
• Immediately available
