Job Description
- European based Private Bank
- Office location in Central
- Mixed of Receptionist & Admin exposure
Job Duties:
- Manage the daily operations of the reception desks and support in office administrative tasks
- Greeting guests and answer incoming calls
- Handle the booking of the meeting rooms
- Maintain the inventory of the office stationaries and materials
- Assists in other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager
Job Requirement:
- Diploma Holder with at least 3 years of Receptionist experiences gained from Financial Institutions
- Flexible, people-oriented and with good multi-tasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese
