Job Duties:

• Manage the daily operations of the reception desks and support in office administrative tasks
• Greeting guests and answer incoming calls
• Handle the booking of the meeting rooms
• Maintain the inventory of the office stationaries and materials
• Assists in other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager

Job Requirement:

• Diploma Holder with at least 3 years of Receptionist experiences gained from Financial Institutions
• Flexible, people-oriented and with good multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese
