Duties:

- Secretariat Assist is to assist senior Secretariat

- Peak workloads and holiday cover

- Arrange all the necessary logistics for the team to take place smoothly, including the verification of agenda accuracy and documents completeness

- Coordinate with the Secretariat in the logistics which is related credit committees

- Ensure timely notification of decisions to the appropriate recipients and follow-up on soft conditions

- Prepare weekly schedule of forthcoming credit proposals and proactively prepare for rush periods

- Update the regional level activity log and produce reporting about the credit process flow

- Consolidate and update the "Weekly Deals Report" every week

- Other ad hoc

Requirements:

- Strong organization skills and so the ability to plan and prioritize

- Communication skills to be able to effectively relate at all levels of the organization

- Previous experience in banking/credit related preferred

- Can work in a very fast pace environment

- Fluent in English and speak good Cantonese

- Salary is $$30,000 to $40,000 per month
