Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a full range of secretarial/administrative support Management;
- Responsible for organizing, scheduling and preparing materials for meetings, reports, presentations;
- answer incoming calls and general enquiries;
- Support on general administration including meeting minutes, calendar management, travel/hotel arrangements, etc;
- Others ad-hoc project as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines;
- 2-3 years secretarial or administrative experience;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people of different levels and background;
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedules;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Good computer skills, eg. MS Office;
