Responsibilities: 

• Provide administrative and clerical support 
• Organize, maintain and update files and records
• Data entry and filing
• Reports consolidation
• Other ad-hoc tasks or projects if needed

Requirements: 

• High School / Tertiary educated or above
• With relevant experience is preferable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good PC skills including MS PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Able to work at least 2 days per week
• Immediate available is preferred
