Job Description

Responsibilities:-

  • Handle the company’s administration work, including office general purchase, and office and warehouse equipment and facilities maintenance;
  • Responsible for internal and external functions and activities;
  • Assist the HR to provide ongoing support in staff welfare and records;
  • Handle general office enquiry.

Requirements:-

  • QF Level 4, fresh graduate with a relevant business degree will also be considered,
  • 1 year or above experience in administration work,
  • Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Good knowledge and skills in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
