Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a full range of professional HR services and advice including employee relations, manpower planning, recruitment and C&B
- Monitor and support recruitment activities so as to provide effective strategies and services
- Handle employee issues including employment visa, exit-interview and other employment related matters;
- Prepare HR reports for management review
- Participate in ad hoc projects within the Company as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related disciplines
- At least 4 years related experience, with training and development experience, familiar with full spectrum of training process
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other related legislation in Hong Kong
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate available is preferred
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager
