Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full range of professional HR services and advice including employee relations, manpower planning, recruitment and C&B
  • Monitor and support recruitment activities so as to provide effective strategies and services
  • Handle employee issues including employment visa, exit-interview and other employment related matters;
  • Prepare HR reports for management review
  • Participate in ad hoc projects within the Company as assigned

Job Requirements: 

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related disciplines
  • At least 4 years related experience, with training and development experience, familiar with full spectrum of training process
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other related legislation in Hong Kong
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available is preferred

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager
