Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To provide and update analysis support to sales team
- Co-work with HQ to complete CPOR smoothly
- Follow up claiming documents with disti. & clarify related documents in a timely manner
- Provide administration support for the sales activities in the team including all contract documents, agreements and sales meeting record
- Organize and maintain database and filing system
- Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Immediate availability is preferred
Requirements:
- Diploma or above are also welcome
- Minimum 1 year working experience, preferably in supporting the sales team
- Good coordination, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Chinese Word Processing
