We are looking for capable and committed candidates to join our practice in Head Office.

Responsibilities:-

●  Managing the day-to-day activities and maintaining smooth operation of Despatch Unit

●  Supervise and take care of all-rounded documents collection/deliveries, including hand-delivered documents, mailings and couriers

●  Supervise/manage Office Assistants' outdoor tasks and work schedule (including to Land Registry, Company Registry, Post Office and law firms) and ensure on-time delivery

●  Keep accurate delivery/mailing record

●  Basic office procurement - stationeries

●  Outdoor work (documents delivery) also required.  Assist in admin duties and ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:-

     ●  F5 standard, with basic English

     ●  Relevant experience in law firm (or mailroom) will be a great advantage

     ●  Pleasant personality and good communications skills

     ●  Able to resolve problems and give solutions for urgent cases/situations

     ●  Responsible, flexible, patient, well organized and being a good team player.

    ** Immediately available or on short notice is preferred
