• Provide interpretation for Director & Senior Executive in business functions, telephone conference, etc.
• Responsible for document translation
• Provide full secretarial and administrative support to Director & Senior Executive
• Managing, supervising, coaching and developing direct reports to ensure preparation of quality work in a timely manner
• Manage travel arrangements including flights schedules, hotels and visa application
• Manage schedules, appointments and meetings
• Handle business correspondence, agenda, memo, presentation, reports, documents and other administrative duties
• Arrange and participate in meetings and conferences, and take minutes
• Maintain a filing system and ensure the security of records and correspondence

Requirements

• Fluent in Japanese (N2 or above), Good command in Cantonese, English
• Post-Secondary School or equivalent (under-grad is also welcomed)
• Strong in communication and organizing skills
• Familiar in Microsoft office skills
• Hard working, proactive, diligent and presentable
• Good PC knowledge, strong in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing (min. 20 w.p.m.)
• Flash graduation is welcome
